A class designed to help settle the restless mind whilst exploring movement through the body. We will build from the ground up, strengthening and warming, flow through a standing sequence to open the body, then return to the floor to soften and relax.

Offering options and variations so that you can adapt your practice and work at your own level and pace. Great for beginners to help build a solid foundation through to more advanced practitioners looking to ground in their practice.
