What to expect:

Join Hannah and Najia for a beautiful 2 hour yoga immersion to honour the changing of the seasons with the intention to help softly ease you into Spring and support the transition of energy this season brings.

GERMINATION
We will start with a deeply nourishing breath practice and grounding meditation, aiding us to shift any stagnant energy from winter and move into the spaciousness and vitality of Spring.
GROWTH
Following this we will invoke the gentle body through a loving yin style practice, allowing us to gradually emerge and cultivate a deeper sense of connection to our needs during this time of reawakening.
BLOOM
Finally we will move through a deliciously dynamic and energising practice to leave you feeling rebalanced and rejuvenated.

This session is offered via Zoom so you can join us from wherever you feel most comfortable.

You will need: a space to practice, some cushions and a blanket (yoga mat recommended but not essential).
We will contact you before the event to tell you more about how to prepare.

About the teachers:
Yoga with Najia
Najia Bagi has always been drawn to practices which stimulate our senses and guide us into a reflective and peaceful place. She teaches for studios and private and corporate clients. Her offerings include yoga and meditation, and the cross over between creativity and mindfulness. Najia is also an artist and curator.

Hannah Hatha Yoga
Hannah is very passionate about creating a warm, welcome and loving environment for you. Her aim is to empower you to feel comfortable and confident in your yoga practice. Hannah is a full time yoga teacher; teaching online, in studios, for private events and 1-2-1 clients. Hannah’s teaching style tends to be playful and grounding with elements of both fluidity and stillness. She encourages you to explore your practice with a joyful, curious heart, to ultimately find your own unique yoga groove.
