In this foundational session, we’ll introduce the core concepts of Mandala Flow—moving 360
degrees around the mat with coordination, awareness, and breath. The focus will be on:
• Building coordination, understanding directionality, and learning key movement patterns
• Using repetition and mirroring to create a rhythmic, meditative flow
• Practicing slow, grounded, functional transitions to build strength and clarity
• Developing spatial awareness through accessible sequences
• Ending with grounding Mandala Flow to settle energy

This session is perfect for beginners or anyone curious to explore Mandala-style vinyasa in a supportive and creative environment.
