All classes require a minimum of 7 students to proceed.
If the number of participants is below 7, the class will be cancelled, and we will notify you via WhatsApp.

Please be punctual.
If you can’t attend, please cancel your booking at least 4 hours before class via the Momoyoga app, so that other students on the waiting list can have a chance to join.

All classes will start on time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the studio to prevent any injuries caused by insufficient warm-up.
If you have any special circumstances that may cause lateness or last-minute cancellation, please inform us in advance via WhatsApp or Instagram.

For late cancellation / no-show / lateness (over 15 minutes):
• Class Pass users: Credit will be deducted and non-refundable.
• Unlimited Pass users: Pass validity will be shortened by 5 days.

若课程取消，我们会Whatsapp通知已订课的同学会。
