Description

Restorative yoga is a very gentle, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an a little longer, typically 2 to 3 minutes. We also use bolsters and other props to help support the body to rest.
The class completes with a sound healing session using crystal bowls and other sound instruments.
