Our fundamentals of yoga classes are perfect for beginners or those looking to improve their practice. Each session we focus on a different aspect of your yoga practice that will help you to awaken your inner joy and bring strength, health and resilience to your body, mind and soul. This course is taught by our experienced teacher with many years of experience, Jane Toohey. We believe yoga, meditation and mindfulness is for everyone, and welcome anyone to sign up for these sessions!
