Get ready to move, stretch, and flow in a spooky, fun-filled Halloween-themed yoga session! In this class, we'll combine yoga poses with a playful haunted twist. Imagine moving through "Creepy Cat" pose, stretching into "Zombie Warrior," and balancing in "Pumpkin Tree," all while surrounded by eerie decorations and chillingly festive music. We'll tap into our inner witches for a magical "Flying Broomstick" pose and finish off with a calming "Corpse Pose" (Savasana), perfect for a ghostly rest.
This is suitable for all levels, a playful practise celebrating a magical time of year!
