Description
Take the time to release the emotional residue of holding space for others.
The Healing Circle is a place for you to process what isn’t yours to hold. It doesn’t require you to replay or reveal traumatic stories or experiences, what we do in our healing circle is empower you to process emotions through ritual, movement, human connection, the breath and magic of being creative.
Healing Circles are especially beneficial for people experiencing major life transitions. Whether you just moved, quit a job, ended a relationship or lost a loved one, this can be a space for you to navigate the waters of uncertainty.
Each week we cover a unique topic and often have guest speakers guide us through different ideas and activities meant to empower you on your healing journey.
The format is as follows:
-15 minutes of Movement
-10 minutes of Meditation
-5 minutes of Self-reflection (journal prompts)
--25 minutes of sharing
-30 minutes of an integration activity
Class is an hour and a half long. Wear clothes you are comfortable moving and sitting on the ground in.
Bring your own journal and an item of your choice to place on our altar. It could be your favorite crystal, a leaf that caught your eye, a picture of a younger version of you, an offering of honey, and so forth.
