Did you know that there is a way to utilize your yoga practice to bring about energetic balance? Join Ren to explore how the body’s energies flow, interact and impact our health. Delve into energetic anatomy and practice “yoga kinetics” to promote well-being. When we focus on balancing our body’s energy systems, we enhance our vital energy and release stale energy in a more effective way. Then our yoga practice becomes exponentially greater in value to our well-being. We become more resilient in how we handle the uncertainties and stressors of everyday life. We are offering the option of in-person or on-line attendance.
