Therapeutic Yoga

Suitable for beginners through advanced practitioners. This gentle yoga class utilizes a joint-freeing series of movements to work on joint mobility, range of motion, flexibility, and muscle strength. The series of movements and asanas practiced in this class are helpful for those new to yoga, those recovering from an injury, those looking to improve balance, and those that are experiencing issues such as arthritis, sciatica and tight muscles. Additionally, pranayama breathing exercises and self myofascial release techniques are used to ease tension, tightness and discomfort throughout the body.

Flow yoga is for students who want want to build a mindful movement practice intimately connected with body sensations and breath. Cultivate deeper self love and self care with this class flowing at a slower pace so there’s more time to explore the postures and transitions. Practice starts with a mindful connection to breathe, followed by warm up, Sun Salutations, peak pose, cool down and savasana. You will gently engage, open and strengthen the body as well as your mind. Feeling invigorated, refreshed and mindfully returning back to the flow and rhythms of your day.

Gentle Yoga is a less intense, less strenuous class, appropriate for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxing approach to yoga. Enjoy a softer, slower, nurturing class that focuses on reducing stress with mindful movements and pranayama (breath work). Students will spend more time in each posture while slowly building strength, increasing range of motion and improving bala

All Levels Yoga is a class designed for every practitioner to feel focused, calmed, and empowered. We will work with breath, strength, movement, and stillness to build the base of your yoga practice.
