Barre-Pilates is a dynamic combination of ballet-inspired movements, Pilates principles, and functional strength training.
This low-impact, high-results workout focuses on small, controlled movements that target specific muscle groups—especially the core, glutes, thighs, and arms.
Using a combination of the body weight, light weights, resistance bands, and floor work, Barre-Pilates builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility, all while maintaining a strong focus on alignment and breath.
Expect a graceful yet challenging session that tones muscles, increases endurance, and leaves you feeling energised and empowered.
