Class Description

This class will be a mindful based practice with a blend of gently flow sequences and longer hold postures. We will explore linking postures to breath through softness and connection with the body.

There will be a mixture of standing and floor-based movement where you will be able to explore shapes that are comfortable for you. We will finish with a 5-10 minute savansana (resting posture).

There will be demonstrations offered throughout the class, modifications offered and opportunities to rest.

This class is suitable for beginners.

On the day

Please arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before class starts. When you arrive the gate will be closed, please ring the buzzer for studio 2 (The scissors of Oz) and wait for Hebe to let you in. If you arrive late, or cannot enter the building please email (yoga@hebevaliantnutrition).

The Details

To Bring: your own mat, lots of water and your wonderful self.
To Wear: something nice and loose and comfortable that you feel like you can move in.

Safety Information

For the safety of you and everyone else please adhere to the following:
- You’ll need to bring your own mat and any equipment you require with you to class.
- You'll need to wear a mask at all times, unless you’re on the mat.
- Alcohol-based sanitiser will be provided, but please bring your own if you would like.
- There are hand washing facilities available in the studio and these will be pointed out to you when you get here.
- Please maintain social distancing while at the centre, and if you arrive early, try not to wait in large groups.
