Description

A fitness class for Mum's wanting to get back to their pre-pregnancy fitness or for Mum's wanting to take the first step on their journey of looking after their overall health and wellbeing.
Suitable for all levels of fitness from complete beginners to hard core gym goers. These classes are kind, fun and supportive and full of encouragement. The classes will include pelvic floor strengthening, core & back recovery and a mixture of bum, thigh and arm toning as well as a deep stretch and some relaxation.
Babies are welcome.
Suitable and welcoming to pregnant Mum's.
All you need is a yoga mat for you, something comfortable for your baby to lie on and some water.
