I'm holding a space for people who want to slow down, calm their nervous system and fill their own cup. During my Hatha Yoga Class you will focus purely on yourself, your breath and your body.

Unwind and relax and step into the weekend with a renewed energy.
My Friday classes are inspired by Hatha Yoga and restorative practices that help you re-connect with yourself. I encourage students to listen to their bodies and to use a variety of props to make the poses feel good and to experience real benefits of them. Nurturing yoga practice, conscious breath and relaxation helps release stress and tension from your mind and body that have accumulated during the whole week.
Thinking mind is often a source of anxiety and judgement. Yoga practices help you to quiet the mind and tune into your feeling body. It creates a sense of self-trust and deepens the relationship with yourself.
Allow yourself to slow down, soften into your body and surrender to your breath.
