Katerina is a full-time Yoga (ERYT-500) and Pilates teacher who is dedicated to sharing her passion for therapeutic & mindful Mind-Body practices with the world. She turned to Yoga & Meditation in order to heal emotional and physical wounds and through her long experience of studying and practicing different forms of yoga, meditation and movement for over two decades she became committed to holding space for others to find their own, innate inner peace. She is also trained in the Classical Pilates method (Mat and Reformer level 2), holds a degree in Psychology, a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has studied Yoga and Mindfulness in depth. Her studies in Mindfulness include courses such as MBSR and MBCT as well as Western Buddhism, all of which continually shape and inform her presence as a teacher and a student. Katerina teaches a wide range of classes from Hatha/Vinyasa to Yin and from Pilates to Flexibility & Mobility always with a Mindful, empathetic and deeply intuitive and healing approach. Expect to be inspired to explore and to take meaningful, self-healing tools into your life off the mat.

Mindful, warm, stretchy, feely, Slow Vinyasa. Moving slowly and meditatively, applying strength and breathing deeply, considering the beauty of body, mind and spirit connected.

The class moves at a mindful pace but has dynamic elements interweaved in a coherent flow that often leads to one or more peak positions. Modifications and options are provided so you practice according to your ability and intention.
