I am 500hs certified Moksha Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and since 2023 I am also certified Inside Flow teacher. What I love most about yoga is its ability to always put a smile on your face and give you that inner bliss - even when life is a mess. It calms you down and fills you up with energy at the same time. As a yoga teacher I have nine years of teaching experience, including both hatha based classes such as Moksha yoga and Vinyasa, but also Yin yoga, and Yinyang and the most recent addition Inside Flow. My style of teaching is always playful and creative, and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for my students to explore their practice. Synchronizing the breath with the movement is an intention that runs as a common thread in my classes. Having a background in natural science, I hold a special interest in how our bodies work in terms of anatomy, our circulation systems and our physical functions. My motto is “Live to learn” as I love learning new things and consider myself always the student. Besides being a yoga teacher I am also a climber, a runner, a snowboarder, a music lover, an audiobook addict, and a mother. I am immensely grateful to have the opportunity to share my love of yoga with others, and I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon!

This class combines standing and seated positions in a focused and calming flow. We start with a gentle warm-up, followed by a sequence of sun salutations interspersed with standing poses (which vary from class to class) to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll work at your own pace and receive guidance for modifications as needed. The class concludes gently with a variety of seated and lying positions, finishing with relaxation.
