Jag är Highersenses grundare och har skapat verksamheten för att bidra till att varje individ ska finna ett andrum i tillvaron, ett utrymme att reflektera, för att sedan gå ut och blomstra på sina respektive områden.
Jag är yogalärare sedan 2003 (utbildad av Ulrica Norberg, Bradlee Frierott och Shiva Rea m.fl.) och har undervisat i Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Familj mm sedan dess.
Jag är även terapeut med inriktning på högkänslighet, tanke-och känslohantering, medvetandeutveckling och energiförståelse.
I mitt tidigare liv jobbade jag som HR-chef och organisationskonsult.
Jag ser fram emot att möta Dig.

Pilates For Women’s Health Class 💗

In this Pilates class specifically designed for women in pre- peri- and post-menopause, we strengthen from the inside-out.
Bianca draws on her 10+ years working with real womens’ bodies to both challenge and inspire you!
This beginner-intermediate level mat class will:
🦴 Support you with your bone health and balance, and help prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis (which affects more than 80% women)
💗 Support you with pelvic floor health and abdominal training tailored for women, especially if you’ve had children in your life
🔥 Support you with pain related to the onset of menopause including joint, back, shoulder and hip pain
🧘🏾♀️ Support you with your mental health including moods and the impact of stress on your overall wellbeing
➡️ Gently arrive 10-15 minutes before class if you’d like to share with Bianca anything in particular about your health journey
➡️ Pilates is not a quick fix and for this reason, regular attendance in this class is recommended to see the best results
🧡 Cancellation takes place 8 hours before class.
🧡 Bring your own yoga mat and towel, or rent at the reception.
