Bianca founded an exclusive Pilates & yoga studio on the French Riviera where she has taught Pilates to some of the world’s most prestigious clientele. With over 10,000 hours of hands-on teaching experience, Bianca’s gift is in her ability to listen intuitively and give each client a tailored experience with Pilates. She is particularly passionate about working with women’s health, and women going through perimenopause and menopause. South African by birth, Bianca lives full time with her family in Bjärred. She’s absolutely delighted to share her teaching and passion for Pilates with the wonderful community at Highersense!

Do you enjoy sports like running, cycling, tennis or golf? Pilates can greatly improve your performance, strength and flexibility. In this 60-minutes class, Bianca will guide you through Pilates movements that will prevent injury and improve athletic endurance. Ideal for clients working towards a sports' goal like a marathon, race or upcoming event. Minimum 5-10 sessions recommended to see the best results. Open to beginners.
