Do you enjoy sports like running, skiing, tennis or golf? Pilates can greatly improve your performance, strength and flexibility. In this 60-minutes class, Bianca will guide you through Pilates movements that will prevent injury and improve athletic endurance. Ideal for clients working towards a sports' goal like a marathon, race or upcoming event and for clients who feel 'stagnant' in their sport. Minimum 5-10 sessions recommended to see the best results. Open to beginners.
