+12 years experience in fitness and wellness diplomated and internationally certified Personal trainer and Nutritionist (EREPS-registered, EQF4), Applied Kinesiologist, Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer instructor, Vinyasa Yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance registered, RYT 200), with a passion for helping people move mindfully, supporting health with right movement patterns and breathing techniques, improve posture, release pain, recover after injury or train under special conditions, build strength, mobility, coordination and find balance—both physically and mentally. My classes focus on alignment, breath, body awareness and high quality movement support. I love to create a supportive space where everyone feels welcome, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. This class combines standing and seated positions in a focused and calming flow. We start with a gentle warm-up, followed by a sequence of sun salutations interspersed with standing poses (which vary from class to class) to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll work at your own pace and receive guidance for modifications as needed. The class concludes gently with a variety of seated and lying positions, finishing with relaxation.
