For this class Anna will choose party songs when we all have fun, wriggle and wear glitters. Class full of fun definitely not to be missed!!

Inside Flow is a dynamic flowing yoga where we move to the beat of music. During the class we learn a pre- choreographed sequence that is specially designed to fit a specific song that we then flow for couple of rounds at the end of the class. A session where yoga and music meet in a beautiful flow.
🧡 Cancellation takes place 8 hours before class.
🧡 Bring your own yoga mat and towel, or rent at the reception.
