In the Dragon Vinyasa 16:00 he blends his deep knowledge of yogic moves and martial arts in an inspiring and challenging flow.
In the Meridian Yin 18:00 we get a deeper insight in the old tradition and philosophy of Yin and its ancient roots in tai chi and qi gong.
