+12 years experience in fitness and wellness diplomated and internationally certified Personal trainer and Nutritionist (EREPS-registered, EQF4), Applied Kinesiologist, Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer instructor, Vinyasa Yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance registered, RYT 200), with a passion for helping people move mindfully, supporting health with right movement patterns and breathing techniques, improve posture, release pain, recover after injury or train under special conditions, build strength, mobility, coordination and find balance—both physically and mentally. My classes focus on alignment, breath, body awareness and high quality movement support. I love to create a supportive space where everyone feels welcome, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Looking forward to meet you at practice to allow you feel healthier and happier!
