Katerina is a full-time Yoga (ERYT-500) and Pilates teacher who is dedicated to sharing her passion for therapeutic & mindful Mind-Body practices with the world. She turned to Yoga & Meditation in order to heal emotional and physical wounds and through her long experience of studying and practicing different forms of yoga, meditation and movement for over two decades she became committed to holding space for others to find their own, innate inner peace. She is also trained in the Classical Pilates method (Mat and Reformer level 2), holds a degree in Psychology, a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has studied Yoga and Mindfulness in depth. Her studies in Mindfulness include courses such as MBSR and MBCT as well as Western Buddhism, all of which continually shape and inform her presence as a teacher and a student. Katerina teaches a wide range of classes from Hatha/Vinyasa to Yin and from Pilates to Flexibility & Mobility always with a Mindful, empathetic and deeply intuitive and healing approach. Expect to be inspired to explore and to take meaningful, self-healing tools into your life off the mat.

A full-body Pilates class focusing on the deep core, abdominals, back, hips and gluteal muscles. This class is held in comfortably warm temperature and is designed to challenge your strength, flexibility and mobility, to release tension and stiffness and rejuvenate body and mind.

Expect 45-50 minutes of challenging movement and 10-minutes of stretch/relaxation at the end to help you rejuvenate and re-energize, starting your weekend with joy, focus and clarity.

Modifications are always available. Open to all levels.

For best results it is recommended that you attend the class regularly.
