Pilates for Women's Health Class 💖
In this Pilates class specifically designed for women in perimenopause (40s & 50s), we use Pilates to:
💪🏼 Build muscle and reduce weight gain
🦴 Teach you how to train safely and effectively to strengthen your bones and prevent osteoporosis in your later years (which affects more than 80% women)
👩💻 Improve posture and counteract the negative effects of hours of sitting everyday
🧘🏽♀️ Calm the nervous system and support with chronic stress
Bianca draws on her 12+ years' experience working with real women's bodies to both challenge and inspire you!
⏰ Includes 60-minutes of movement and 15-minutes of relaxation/rest at the end to help you wind down for the evening 💫
➡️ Gently arrive to 10-15 minutes before class if you'd like to share with Bianca anything in particular about your health journey
➡️ Pilates is not a quick fix and for this reason, regular attendance in this class is recommended to see the best results
