Pilates for Women's Health Class đ
In this Pilates class specifically designed for women in pre-, peri-, and post-menopause, we strengthen from the inside-out.
Bianca draws on her 12+ years' experience working with real women's bodies to both challenge and inspire you!
This beginner-intermediate level mat class will support you with:
𩮠Your bone health & balance, and help prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis (which affects more than 80% women)
đș Pelvic floor health and abdominal training tailored for women, including Women who are more than 1-year post postpartum
đ„ Pain related to the onset of menopause, including joint, back, shoulder and hip pain
đ§ Your mental health including moods and the impact of stress on your overall wellbeing
â° Includes 60-minutes of movement and 15-minutes of relaxation/rest at the end to help you wind down for the evening. đ«
âĄïž Gently arrive to 10-15 minutes before class if you'd like to share with Bianca anything in particular about your health journey
âĄïž Pilates is not a quick fix and for this reason, regular attendance in this class is recommended to see the best results
