Pilates for Women's Health Class 💖

In this Pilates class specifically designed for women in pre-, peri-, and post-menopause, we strengthen from the inside-out.

Bianca draws on her 12+ years' experience working with real women's bodies to both challenge and inspire you!

This beginner-intermediate level mat class will support you with:
🩮 Your bone health & balance, and help prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis (which affects more than 80% women)
đŸŒș Pelvic floor health and abdominal training tailored for women, including Women who are more than 1-year post postpartum
đŸ”„ Pain related to the onset of menopause, including joint, back, shoulder and hip pain
🧘 Your mental health including moods and the impact of stress on your overall wellbeing

⏰ Includes 60-minutes of movement and 15-minutes of relaxation/rest at the end to help you wind down for the evening. đŸ’«
