In this very popular healing and therapeutic Yin yoga class, we will be using very passive yin postures, breathwork , visulations, mantras , mudras, and meditation throughout the class. Todd will also be using singing bowls, ambient music and other instruments throughout the class to help relax the nervous system, the senses and the mind to bring you into a deep yin experience.
