About Holding Space Yoga

Holding Space Yoga is a mindful movement practice rooted in slowing down, grounding, and reconnecting with yourself. Our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are - whether you're building strength, seeking balance, or simply needing space to breathe. We believe yoga is not about performing, but about being present with yourself in each moment.

How to Join Classes:
Holding Space Yoga classes can be booked online or registered for in person at the studio.
Mindful Yoga classes do not require advance registration — simply come as you are.
Donation-based Community Classes are pay-what-you-can and may be contributed to either through this site or in-person at class.

No matter where you practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
