With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives. The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation. The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.

Tantra Hatha Yoga focuses on shaping our energetic body in a specific way using a system proven for thousands of years by yogis. Poses categories are used following a method called vinyasa krama, together with breathing exercises, bandas and mantras to shape the energy in specific areas to enliven or calm our system. The ultimate goal of the practice is to sit in meditation.
