With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives. The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation. The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.

A class to learn how to balance your nervous system, to either calm or enliven it. During this class we try different meditation techniques, some that are inspired from the yoga tradition and others from neuroscience.
The class is led by Nicole and Mario every other week.
