Enjoy the benefits of Pilates Mixed & Bootybarre in this hybrid practice. We spend the first half of this class on the barre working muscular endurance focusing on the larger muscles pushing the legs to fatigue. While the second half of is all about the core using a mix of modern & traditional Pilates exercises &/or core circuits. The sessions ends with a few restorative postures activating the parasympathetic breath.
