With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives. The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation. The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.

It englobes not only the physical aspects of the yoga practice, but also the spiritual purification; centering the practice in the body-mind-spirit unification through asanas, pranayamas (breathwork), mantras, relaxation and meditation.

During a yoga class, we develop traditional postures, coordinating with a deep and conscient breathing. It is a meditative practice combined with sound healing, in which we constantly bring our attention to the present moment and to the body language.
