It englobes not only the physical aspects of the yoga practice, but also the spiritual purification; centering the practice in the body-mind-spirit unification through asanas, pranayamas (breathwork), mantras, relaxation and meditation.

During a yoga class, we develop traditional postures, coordinating with a deep and conscient breathing. It is a meditative practice in which we constantly bring our attention to the present moment and to the body language.
