With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives. The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation. The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.

This is a dynamic flowing class which is sure to bring heat to the body and focus the mind. All classes include meditation at the end and a focus to help being your awareness to the true essence of yoga.
