With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives.
The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation.
The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.

A class to calm the nervous system, relax the body and mind and come to the present moment with focus on one single point. Different concentration techniques are used so that, after a while, one can rest in a space beyond the thoughts.
