With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives. The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation. The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.
Descripción
With a base of Hatha Yoga, following the Vinyasa Krama sequencing structure, this class is a flow rather than longer holds. From one pose to another the body moves gently and slowly almost as a continuous moving meditation. We enjoy at the end a breathing exercise and still meditation.
