With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives. The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation. The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.

This class is energising, enlivening and sensitising. It includes poses like backbend and laterals primarily and activating breathing techniques.
