With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives. The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation. The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.

Based on Traditional Hatha Yoga, this class is suitable for all levels, cues will be provided for beginners levels and more advanced practitioners. The class includes movement, poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas) and meditation. The goal of the class is an energised body and calm mind.
In this class we follow the traditional way of practicing yoga, the poses are done in a dynamic way first and then static, we hold the poses for 5-8 breaths, let the body receive the effect of the pose. The entire class is accompanied by breath-movement connection. Different breathing techniques are applied during and at the end of the class. The goal of the class is to be able to sit in meditation at the end for some moments. All the meditations are guided and after a moment of silence is provided to deepen into the meditative state.
