With an international business and marketing background, Nicole is practicing and teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, respecting the tradition and honoring our modern busy lives. The practices include movement (asanas), breath work (pranayamas) and other yogic technics to prepare body and mind for the ultimate goal of a yoga practice which is meditation. The objective of these practices is a long lasting sense of stability and ease, feeling of love and body and mind empowerment at the same time.

Yin Style Yoga is slow pace yoga, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. It consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
