This is a special Holiday session focused on opening the heart and preparing us to open to receive and give during this festive season.

Using different sounds to improve your physical health and emotional wellbeing. Gongs, Tibetan bowls and Quartz Cristal Bowls will be used while you are in relaxed position receiving the sound bath.

This class is not included in the regular packages or memberships. A special ticket (25€) is required to attend this class.
