Description
Hatha yoga with modifications and a relaxation to end. Tuesdays 6:30 to 19:45 at St. Nicholas Church, 30 Wareham Road, Corfe Mullen BH21 3LE. Please bring your mat if you have one, limited spare mats are available. A water bottle and blanket if you want to be cosy in relaxation. Blocks and belts provided. Free parking.
