I was looking for something that could help me feel more connected to myself and yoga gave me a sense of calm and presence that I hadn’t felt before. More I practiced, more I realized how much it helped me connect with myself on a deeper level and present. Hatha Yoga and Stress Release i do. Hatha is all about moving with awareness, focusing on breath, posture, and alignment. You gonna find a flow Hatha class and holding postures, to feel grounding and connecting. The Stress Release class uses a strip as a support to help release deep muscular tension, promote relaxation, and calm the nervous system through gentle, restorative movements. I want people to feel good in their bodies and take a break from all the noise outside. Finding movement or stillness, my goal is to help them feel more grounded, present, relaxed and feeling comfortable during the practice.
