Yoga entered my life at 17 and quickly became a deep passion. It has been a constant presence ever since. I am trained in Raja Yoga and continue to deepen my practice, as yoga is an endless journey for me.
My classes are an invitation to discover balance. Yoga is a journey to yourself, and I would love to walk that path with you.
Description
Hatha and Yin Yoga combine to create a balanced practice that reflects the harmony of opposites: yang and yin, activity and stillness. Hatha Yoga builds strength and alignment, emphasizing mindful breathing and holding postures to cultivate awareness and connection. Yin Yoga complements this by inviting relaxation and introspection, holding poses longer to target deeper connective tissues and stimulate the energetic body.
Hatha yoga is the traditional yoga practive and the base from which other yoga styles have orginated. We focus on the foundation: mindful breathing and postures that ground and align us.
In Yin yoga you will stay a little longer in the pose to strengthen and lengthen the deeper connective tissues. You will come into the pose to a specific depth in which you feel enough sensation while you can relax at the same time.
