I’m a yoga teacher, goldsmith, and singer. After experiencing an injury and chronic illness at a young age, I became deeply interested in the body and in developing body awareness. I believe healing starts with feeling — “you have to feel it to heal it.” By following my body’s wisdom as a guide, I not only overcame my challenges but also rediscovered my passions. Now I love helping others feel more free and comfortable in their own bodies. I’m trained in several yoga styles, including Yin, Vinyasa Flow, and Iyengar Yoga — a style especially suited for people with injuries, stiffness, or older bodies.

In deze les help ik je meer ruimte te creëren in je lichaam en je geest. Ik gebruik houdingen uit yin en restorative yoga: mild, langdurig en gedragen, zodat je volledig kunt verzachten en de stress van je af mag laten glijden.
Tijdens de les zing ik mantra’s — liederen uit de yogatraditie — begeleid door harmonium. De trilling van de klanken en mijn stem helpen je loslaten, naar binnen keren en zakken in die stille plek in jezelf waar alles al goed is.

A yin yoga class where I help you quiet your mind and you drift into deep relaxation.

In this class, I invite you to create more space in both body and mind. I use poses from yin and restorative yoga—gentle, long-held, and fully supported—allowing you to soften completely and let stress melt away.
During the class, I sing mantras—songs from the yogic tradition—accompanied by harmonium. The vibration of the sounds and my voice support you in letting go, turning inward, and settling into that quiet inner space where everything is already whole.
