Hello dear, my name is Kris — I’m a yoga teacher, spiritual guide and forever curious soul. I’m also a mom, a role that brings me endless joy, grounding and wisdom from within. Yoga has transformed my life in the most beautiful way and I feel deeply called to share this practice with others. My teaching is rooted in yoga philosophy, weaving together mindful movement, breath, and awareness — bringing strength, balance and purpose to both body and soul. Alongside yoga, I also hold plant medicine ceremonies, creating spaces for inner connection, emotional release and heart-opening transformation. These practices support a deeper journey of healing — reconnecting you to nature, intuition and pure authenticity.
