I’m a yoga teacher, goldsmith, and singer. After experiencing an injury and chronic illness at a young age, I became deeply interested in the body and in developing body awareness. I believe healing starts with feeling — “you have to feel it to heal it.” By following my body’s wisdom as a guide, I not only overcame my challenges but also rediscovered my passions. Now I love helping others feel more free and comfortable in their own bodies.
I’m trained in several yoga styles, including Yin, Vinyasa Flow, and Iyengar Yoga — a style especially suited for people with injuries, stiffness, or older bodies.

In deze staat balans in het zenuwstelsel centraal: activatie (sympathisch) en herstel (parasympathisch) komen samen door afwisseling van flow yoga en restorative yoga.
De les is kleinschalig, met veel persoonlijke aandacht voor jouw houding en mogelijkheden. Geschikt voor iedereen – van beginner tot gevorderde yogi.
De ontspanningshoudingen worden begeleid door live mantra zang, zodat je volledig kunt ontspannen en even helemaal uit je hoofd komt.

In this class, we focus on balance in the nervous system: activation (sympathetic) and recovery (parasympathetic) come together through a combination of flow yoga and restorative yoga.
The class is small-scale, with plenty of personal attention to your posture and individual possibilities. Suitable for everyone—from beginners to advanced yogis.
The relaxation poses are accompanied by live mantra singing, allowing you to fully unwind and step out of your head for a while.
