Self and body awareness are essential parts of both my personal and professional life. As an educator, university lecturer, and practitioner, I help people connect with themselves on a deeper level to discover their own reality and inner calling. My holistic approach is rooted in neuroscience and blends a variety of practices and tools, including body-oriented work, meditation, and journaling. Everything I teach, I also practice in my own life. Following a period of severe burnout, I used these tools to systematically restore my nervous system and realign my career path with what truly matters to me. Oh, and I’m also a big fan of Ashtanga yoga. BODY-CONNECTION What if I told you that your body knows more about you than your conscious mind? Sounds a bit wild, right? But it’s true. Our connection with the body is essential—not only for understanding its subtle signals but also for healing emotional blocks, working through trauma, and making everyday decisions with greater clarity. Body-Connection is a holistic class designed to soothe the nervous system, grounded in neuroscience. It’s a slow and mindful process that supports you in connecting—or reconnecting—with your body and the deep knowledge it holds. JOURNALING MEDITATION If you're feeling stuck, indecisive, or overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions, Journaling Meditation can offer a grounding path toward greater clarity and ease in your daily life. This practice blends the healing power of journaling and meditation, creating space for reflection and emotional release. It helps you take a nurturing step back from challenges, making it easier to recognize and let go of outdated beliefs that no longer serve you. Combining Journaling Meditation with Body-Connection or other grounding practices like yoga can deepen the experience and support your overall well-being.
