Release the week with an hour of gentle yoga, then toast the weekend with a glass of wine or cup of tea. We’ll move through a series of poses with a focus on alignment and ease, then close the class with rest and renewal. If you’ve never done yoga before, this is a great place to start. All bodies and abilities are welcome.
