A 75 minute hot yoga class based on the original Bikram sequence. Room temperature is 40 degrees Celsius.
This class works every part of the body- internal organs, tendons, muscles and ligaments.

please come early - 15 minutes before class starts - don’t arrive as class is about to start .
Please bring a towel large enough to cover the yoga mat. We rent yoga mats for €2 if you don’t have a mat - but you need a towel
