We are going to take in with little bit of Yoga Asana Flow, then Restore and Connect with our Hearts with some Yin. While already elevating our questions/ intentions towards Universe and make some space for answers to unfollow… (from one of my favorite cards Decks) then journaling all for a few minutes and create even more space for conversation or silence depending on what it’s happening at the moment.
